  4. This Readme file contains the latest technical information on 
  5. TotalCAD 1.0. Please read this information before 
  6. using TotalCAD.

  16. HP LaserJet Driver

  18. If you are having problems with an earlier (pre-1994) HP LaserJet printer
  19. driver, you will need to set options in the File|Print Setup|Options dialog
  20. (or, in Windows 95, the File|Print Setup|Properties dialog) to print from
  21. TotalCAD. Do one of the following:

  23. -- Set the resolution to 300 DPI
  24. -- Set the resolution to 600 DPI, then switch on "Raster Graphics" and 
  25. "TrueType as Graphics"

  28. ATI Mach 64 Video Board/Driver
  29. ------------------------------------------------------------ 
  30. This release of TotalCAD has a known incompatibility with the ATI 
  31. Mach 64 video board/driver. Under certain conditions specific characters 
  32. disappear from the screen. This defect is purely cosmetic and 
  33. nondestructive of data. We believe that the problem is related to font 
  34. caching in this video driver.
